All room bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid payment method is required to secure a reservation.
Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate selected and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Check-in: From 3:00pm
Check-out: By 10:00am
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Parking is charged at £5.00 per vehicle per night.
Pets are charged at £5.00 per pet per night.
A maximum of 2 pets per room is permitted.
Dining bookings may require a deposit for larger groups or special events.
Cancellations should be made in advance where possible.
Event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to secure the date.
Final guest numbers and payment terms will be agreed in writing prior to the event.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive.
The Oakwood is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by negligence.
